    True story: When I was in high school I worked at a lumberyard. A guy came in with a older VW bug and bought like 50pcs. 12"x16' hardboard lap siding. He wanted to load it on the roof and he tied it to both front and back bumpers. It worked well until he took the first corner too fast!
