I think there is a difference between the TRD seats and base seats I remember when ordering mine the TRD bottoms are longer

Anyone have any tips on areas to live surrounding Denver? Just moved down and have begun the search for a rental.

    Fair point lol.

I work in the center of downtown. Right off 16th street.

I drove around Aurora yesterday and wasn't really impressed. I have a feeling I would rather be on the western/northern side of Denver.

Any commute through Denver core during Rush "hours" will be at least an hour.

Western like lakewood isn't too bad. Union and 6th (go south of 6th) is nice. It's all stupidly expensive though.

I have noticed this...insane. I am hoping to adjust my schedule to come in at like 630 and leave around 3 or so.

I feel it is all stupidly expensive. Wish I wasn't renting but I don't want to buy anything in an area I know nothing about.

^^ @Firebird check your front seats to see if they have a "thigh extender" (Wet Okole's words, not mine), which is where the center section of the seat extends out a couple of inches compared to the sides/corners. I don't think the covers in that for sale thread are fitted for them.

I had mine done at BDM.

My sister lived in Thornton for a few years and is putting that house up for rent. 3 bdrm/2.5 bath and a 2-car garage. Garage is a little small though and the driveway is steep. There are speed bumps in the neighborhood but they never slowed me down...

There is a light rail line along 6th avenue though that runs downtown too. I lived in the W, SW, and S sides of the metro area for 8 years before I moved away for school. Honestly I probably won't move back, too many people there now; Denver is the new LA.

Thorton is also on the list, I have spent a little time there as a friend lives there.

I am hoping for a decent garage but might still be worth checking out if she is interested. Any more info or photos?

So after more research, it looks like getting a spot light setup then adding hid's is the way to go if you want to throw light a good distance instead of it spreading.

And people do it for pretty dang cheap. Anyone run such an animal?

By cheap i think someone said they got hellas, added hid kit and spent near $100.

I ended up just grabbing some of the pre cut metal for the grill since it seemed like it was very similarly priced for a sheet about the same size... So the plan is in motion.

Just called them up for anyone who might also need work done - excellent customer service. Brian recommended bringing in the skid plate to make sure it's done correctly. He gave me a rough estimate of about $100 - $200. Thanks again for their information!
