Don't you have comprehensive coverage? I'd chalk it up to vandalism and let a pro handle it.

Loving mine still trying to find the best psi to run em at. But great traction quite on the road and mean looking in person. I'm glad I choose these over the bf Goodrich.

3M scratch removal system. It will work much better. You just need a drill and watch the vids on YouTube. You can get it at most auto parts stores for under $20. I had similar but smaller scratches on my BBP. It worked perfectly. Never tell there was a scratch

Most folks have $500 - $1000 deductibles and this is a much less costly job than that!

Exactly! Just follow directions and be careful not to burn through the paint! That's not said to scare you , but to keep you from working it too hard thinking more pressue the better!

I keep a $100 comp on all our vehicles, it doesn't change your rate by more than a dollar or two. Check with your agent, I had a whole door on a Camaro I owned painted because of a decent scratch.

Added the rigid Fogs. They are well built but still overpriced for what they are. With that being said they look so much better on the truck than the stock OEM round ones. I'm happy with them.

Although I think the truck has a ton of short comings I've really enjoyed messing around with it.

I think the next addition will be katzkin.

Bet you don't live in Florida where we suffer the highest Insurance rates in America! Somewhere around double the National Average! Thanks the the inordinate number of "Injury" Lawyers we have down here!

Pop-n-lock tailgate. New radio knobs. Rear step.
Lawyers and geezers = the real dream team.

On another note, I finally installed the VW carpet clips to secure my passenger-side all-weather mat.
