its a fun time, and there are definitely some cool ass cars there (not just lambos and ferarris) I'm personally a fan of the JDM scene so to see all the Z cars and what not is a fun time for me

theres a group of dudes in your age group that all the highschoolers call the "lake rats" and they graduated from lago got there degrees or went to technical school them moved back... theyre there literally everyday during the spring/summer and they stay cheefing and riding classic jetskis cracks me up

Dude fuck yeah, transfer to Tech. I love it here. And yeah, but we'd never rent. If someone had a lake house on Travis chances are it was in Lago. Party, meet someone then bounce to Arkansas bend and it's good game. You're right about the cops though, it could get sketch. When I was in football we had guys who could always DD though. Now when I'm in town and want to party I just go down town

It's been growing but once the HEB and such by Lakeline mall got done that was it, good bye north austin suburbia. We moved there... 8 years ago? Had the first house on our block when Deer Creek elementary was really starting to get rolling. Used to mountain bike in all the construction sites before I had the truck back when everything was developing

yeah dude I hosted a bonfire at arkansas bend over there to the right of the boat ramp, and I was drunk af, cops came there were easily 200 people there and they started to make all of us blow... i was the only one who said no cause my moms a lawyer and always tells me not to blow... anyways he cuffed me and put me in his car and was planning on taking me to jail but somebody called my mom and she argued with the cop for 30 minutes about how he didnt see me drink (gave me a minor in consumption ticket which is a jailable offense) and he just kept saying i smelled like alcohol... anyways she got me out of it but man she was pissed... ever since then we never party at arkansas bend

Installing my snorkel, doing rear diff breather mod and drilling frame to finish mounting sliders.

 

I played for Cedar Park until I got pulled for a concussion then went only wrestling. And yeah I'd never throw a party out there. The new park ranger is kinda a jerk; if you go down the boat ramp, stay right, you used to be able to drive through the dried up lake bed and there was a sweet trail. Take the trail, it'll fork and go right, there's this sweet opening to see across the lake where you'll have a wall behind you. Ever since the lake has dried up I haven't been back there, the new ranger doesn't even let you try. I'll try and find old pics tho.

ive never had any experience with the park ranger, im always out there past park hours either partying or with some chick
