What crap? A couple of hoses on one side? For a modern engine the 4.0 is a piece of cake for a v6 any way. I would go with Densos. On both my 2009 and 2013 the Densos had less gap deterioration at 30k. After the first change at 30k, only to keep emissions warranty valid, I would push it to at least 65 on coppers. With the Densos I had maybe 1 hundredth gap deterioration. You can get Densos online at a lot of places. I got my last set from Amazon. Local auto parts stores may not carry but they can order.

Means someone changed them before. Those are platinum plugs which usually allow for a longer service interval than the standard plugs.

Yeah I tend to think with aluminum heads it is better to do a 30k change interval even if you have iridium or platinum plugs just because of the seizing issue.

I picked up a set of Denso plugs today. Asked why there was three Denso and three NGK's and the reply was due to the heads each being assembled in different plants. One plant runs Denso and the other runs NGK's. FWIW. Looking forward to digging into this job!
    Cheers

I installed Denso plugs into my 07' about 20k ago.

    They work great, zero issues!

Keep it simple... and cheap ;)
