    I only have 300lbs worth of weights including the 45lb bar. Should be about all I need for now considering I'm a wuss who hasn't been to the gym in 2 years.

    Hey man, we all started somewhere!
    I'm currently recovering from a shoulder injury and can't do upper body. I'm watching all my definition turn to mush :(

    Point is, it's not a competition. Everyone here is doing what they can, at their own level, to achieve their goals of staying or becoming fit. There might be some friendly competition to be used as motivation but, we're all different and do our best.

    Yeah man, I know what you're saying. I actually used to be pretty darn fit back in my 20s. But now I'm 36 years old with two kids and just don't make it to the gym anymore. I'm just happy to have at least somewhere to lift again.
