    I think if you could catch this asshole getting in or out of his ride with a pic of his face and parking, you'd deserve some type of merit badge or patch. ( Maybe it could be some butt cheeks with the beamer emblem as the hole, with a check mark on one of the cheeks certifying mission accomplished, maybe even B on one, Z on other for "Bravo Zulu"... Job Well Done)
