Are you replacing coils too? What size wheels and tires? How much lift?

I'm planning on re-using my stock coils. 17" wheels 265/70/17 Nitto. Just want to level out the front.

You will need a spring compressor if do it yourself. Ask @68dave , he is a professional mechanic, maybe you can take your truck to his shop

Made good use of my last day of layoff before I go back to work Monday...

Decent score at the junkyard, Tacoma antenna and seats for the 4Runner, with some cool emblems

100% Moved into the new house and the ole girls new home

Fit my tractor in my shed until my pole barn is built, organized the camping gear in my little shed, and set up a work area!

Cool tractor! Did a very similar muffler setup on mine. What year is your cub?

Anyone have any interest in an 85 Mercedes 380SL? 76k miles, hard and soft top, engine runs strong, tranny had a slight slip from 2-3 when its cold out but other than that it's a super clean car. Dad wants 5k out of it but for yall he says he'd take 4k. Figured I'd throw it out to y'all before i go hardcore onto the sales pages

I dig it. I'd come by and check k it out, but I'm scared to even think about what my wife would do to me if I tried to buy another car right now.

Sounds like my story. Mines a little older, but not by much. Found it for $150 this summer. Only issue it had was it wouldn't go into 3rd gear. Cracked the case open, fixed the shift fork, and she was good as new. I did the same TSC muffler, but just for fun. Stock one was fine, but stock is boring. I use it to mow and tow the trailer around the yard and into the driveway.

She legit said I could look at it if we weren't about to move. I may have tried to warm her up to it saying some suspension work and a new set of wheels could have it looking closer to this

Got my new wheels yesterday. I want to have my tires mounted and balanced today but after my last experience, I don't know where to go lol. Trying to find someone I can trust not to scratch up my wheels.

I had pepboys in Annapolis mount mine and they did a good job. Stay away from Merchants. They broke my TPMS, couldn't fix it so I had to go to Toyota and buy a new one and then pay for it all to get programed to my truck.

Merchants in Ellicott City scratched all 4 of my wheels and broke 2 TPMS sensors. They ended up buying me 2 new sensors and all 4 new wheels. 2nd time around, they did a flawless job mounting and balancing the tires. Different tech than the guy that did it the first time. They also made my alignment worse than it was when I went in after I installed my lift. They got it better the 2nd time but not perfect. This was on my 2016 Tacoma

Damn that's weird. I've also been to Pepboys in Glen Burnie and they did a good job on another set of tires. The guy mounting saw me watching him the whole time so it might have made him careful when handling my wheels.
