What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

All four of mine are the same, I was thinking of putting the sticker inserts one of the members sells on this forum.

I added @rrentrop inserts and I love them. You can also get them in several color-matched options which is great.

 

Really loving those wheels man. Mind sharing the specs on those?

 

I'm comparing from my last car, which I was actually quite pleased with. It had a Sony 10 speaker system with 8" sub. Everything that I've read and what I've been told says that JBL would be the best bang for the buck and is far superior to Sony. I'm not looking to dump thousands into audio or blow out my ear drums, and I'm not a massive audiophile either. I don't want it to be muddy and harsh, and no one should be able to hear my voice over MAX Volume - my voice doesn't carry AT ALL and it does with this system. I'm also taking this guy's 25 years of experience into play. There will always be better options, but it's about finding a happy homeostasis between all the different variables and in my case, I think JBL will do the trick.

 

They're actually from my '15 I traded in. They're ATX Mojaves, with 285 duratracs on them. The duratracs barely fit and rub on sharp turns (no lift ATM) so I had to do some fender liner trimming. I have a lift waiting to put on a warmer day.

Apologies for the cell phone pics. I picked up this baby last night and I am so excited right now. It is my first Toyota, first truck, and first new car. '17 TRD OR DCSB w/ JBL, tow package, tonneau cover and bed step. It had 7 miles on the odo when I picked it up and I put about 75 on it last night with the wife driving it around Vegas.

 

@rrentrop I didn't know you made vinyl decals for the TRD wheels as well?!?!

15k mile service done today, mentioned Rev1 TSB for transmission and they knew about the TSB but not the revision 1, I was adamant that it existed and it turned out they needed to look under the Canadian techstream to get it. Applied and enjoying smoother 1st to 2nd shifts, will test slip on 2nd to 3rd when it's cold.
