Bout to start smoking my first pork loin... after I read the manual

 

Use bigger rolling papers than u think then trim the excess

 

Ok looks like I'll be smoking this pork loin for 4 hours at 250°F tomorrow morning in time for lunch with the family.

It's not that hard. Practice on a few pork shoulders and take it from there.

Probably sleeping in from the alcomahol last night.

 

That's exactly what had happened the first time, and Toyota fixed it under warranty. Then there were wasps up the A/C drain tube. Chlorox solved that one.

So far I've taken everything out (between rain bands) and the only ants I've found are dead. I think they may have hitched a ride on a shopping bag because there isn't a nest. Still gonna Black Flag the shit out of the door sills.

 

Going from my Runner to my car is definitely a different experience. I feel almost vulnerable.
