Imminent cooling failure

hinged in the back lift from the front and it will pull right off. there is a little pin that holds it down, and the hardest part is getting it to seat on that pin when replacing

 

it was easy reseating it on the Jetta since it had a cut out for the oil fill cap haha.

Will try it tomorrow.

 

I'm gonna do mine next weekend. It's just touching the protective sleeve right now, no pressure on the hose.

Screw it, just did it. Didn't even take 10 mins to hit it with belt sander and repaint. Thanks peanut!

Back on topic... took 4.5 minutes to remove grind /paint and reinstall.. No freakin' sweat ...!!!
