Yup. I first got the standard spring mount. It still flopped the antenna around and beat on my Bestopper. Switched to the heavy duty mount and all is good.

Maybe you should try it. It might work since you're mounting up front.
Mine was mounted in the rear corner of the bed and was already pretty damn close to the Bestopper.

I've had Ryan send me out his hi lift slider support and mounting bed rail brackets. It's solid.

Yup, I've bought a couple of things from him. Just ordered one of his custom length cables too.

@Shmellmopwho is a Good guy to deal with for sure. I ordered High-Lift mounts (I like his with the two mounting bolts much better than the ones that attach to the rails with one bolt), and Quickfist mounts from him once. Then, I though I might sell my truck. I PM'd him and he sent my money right back. No problems. No hassle. Easy

Of course, I didn't sell my truck, but ended up going a different route with the jack and tool mounting. Shovel and axe in the toolbox. High-Lift on my mini bed rack.

Things have taken a turn at the Subway home.

I'm thinking about selling my ARB awning, Hi-lift bed mounts, and Archive shackle flip.

OEM Tow hitch, front recovery tow-hook and other stuff still on my garage sale.

@Fifthwind still has first dibs on the shackle flip.

Let me know if any interest. I can bring to the 25th trip.
