    Maybe I did ... maybe I didn't. :anonymous:

For a moment I thought there was an echo.

Had an electric Karcher several years ago ... burned it out first time I used it. Returned it and never tried another.

Just as Mike mentioned doing this allows pressurized air to enter the scoop then into the air pan that feeds the carb . this allows colder air into the carb making more hp

This is the cold air pan that I just ordered a few min ago that will be part of my new hood

Sucks for that price you have to do that much. Mine was finished framed had inserts for hinges, came with lighter springs, inserts for factory hood latch. Still had to pin it.

This particular hood is made for drag race cars only and also why its extremely lightweight and flexes . the only inner structure is a 2" wide 1" thick rubber insert .This is a full pin on style lift off hood

Becuase this is a drag race hood it is built for a variety of Camaro chassis configurations . Basically this is the exact same hood that Monza from street outlaws runs

I'm also thinking of maybe going with lightweight glass fenders and doors

The real cool thing is I found some really cool places today.
I found where Overland Journal is, and I checked out some cool stuff from AT Overland.
Im going to tell you right now, if you are thinking about one of their Tacoma Habitats, do it. These things are really really good. The ONLY reason Im not going that route is because the bed isn't wide enough. I need at least a queen at this point, and the Habitat isn't wide enough. But it really is a well built well thought out system.
And I should have knocked on the front door of OJ just to see if they were there. The cool thing is when we left AT he gave us an OJ issue. This is one really nice book. Really nice. And you know what, the guy we talked to was really cool. Im not gonna give out his name, don't know if it would be cool, but these folks DEFINITELY know their shit. They been there done that.
I met a real cool dude with an awesome 4Runner last night.
Then me and my buddy with a jeep went and ran a trail at night.
    I
