It's good. Easy to use and you don't have the big box taking up space on your dash. I'd buy another one if this one died.

I have heard they have problems with the speaker on the handset (mine hasn't yet) but you can easily hook up an external speaker

That's what I'm pretty much shooting for. I don't need to talk to the space station. Just a few friends at most a couple miles away, if that. I've been eyeing a 2' fiberglass Firestik NGP antenna, but wondering if I should go 3' to get it up past the cab a little more. I do have the tabs on the top of my ARB to mount to as well, but I don't know if I want to stare at an antenna going down the road. Also read a couple instances of people having issues when mounted up there.

Well this is my baby 99 trd 3.4 5speed. I put a 2.5inch leveling kit in it, and she's sitting on toyo 33/12.5s. Just put the addicted off-road tube bumper on it this week and should have a winch and some lights on it here soon.

Back in the 80's I could. Haven't touched one on several years. If it's a Holley, set the fuel level on the sight plug to just trickling out at idle...

    Welcome! Nice truck!

I bought a set just like that on sale for $150. By the way, I sold my Chevy S10 and pulled the trigger on a set of rims finally. I'll keep you suspense until I have them mounted up next week
