    My Tacoma.

ICON Stage 4 w/ @HeadStrong Off-Road AAL at factory settings for now. Will be cranking front to about 2" of thread on Sunday then an alignment. So far no rubbing except flex at full lock. Rides like a dream.

3rd Gen 5100's. The ride is the same as stock - just higher and slower now because of the 285's

So much better! Handles much better and absorbs more bumps. Feels like a solid truck now.

From the factory they had 1" showing on the thread collar. I didn't do before measurements on the truck so I'm guessing maybe 1-1.5 inches of lift right now? Today I'm going to be putting them up all the way to 2" of collar showing.

Did you get the 3 leaf progressives from headstrong? Did you keep your overload leaf on or off? Looks great

What's the biggest tire I can put on a stock off road wheel? They're 265 now, can i go 275 or even 285?

It's been answered several times in this thread. Consult the thread stickied at the top of the subforum wheels and tires; titled "largest tire sizes on stock suspension."

You can put as big of tire as you want on the wheel, but getting it to fit will depend on your suspension and how much trimming you want to do.

I've seen 285, 295, and 305 tires on the same size stock wheel. Tire manufacturers have recommended rim widths for each tire. Some of my customers including myself have gone narrower or wider depending on what we were trying to do to fit in a particular set up on a car or truck . Going outside of any manufacturers recommendations you risk damaging the tire and decreasing tread life . On my Lexus I have a 235 on a 10 inch wide wheel and still get about 15,000 miles on them as long as I don't ride with the airbags deflated .IMG_4788.jpg
