    That looks amazing. I did an experiment and cooked two brisket points in my instant pot(pressure cooker)today since the weather was crap. They came out incredibly tender and we made some brisket nachos. Not as good as a smoked brisket but still damn tasty.

    @SpruceTaco the gasket material I used was a woven nomex. It was flat and like 1/2 or 3/4 inches wide. I used it on the firebox lid and the smoker lid both. I used the red RTV stuff to attach it.
