    Same story. Nobody offers 33x10.5 MT tires for 16" wheels

    what would that be..a...275/80?? or something? 275/85?

    The 255/85 is your best bet. Or 255/80r17. Id go with that man. A) taller then the tire you have now B)few more choices. Other than 255/85..

    Both of those are a tad bit narrow I think. Altho, I will say that your ST Maxx's did not look to narrow. I'd probably do 255/85r16 instead of 255/80r17 just for the additional sidewall if everything else is equal.

    Both of those kits will require at least a 1" wheel space tho IIRC.

    yes both kits require spacers. I'd think the TC one would work a bit better though in terms of clearance during flexing.

    And yea mine weren't too narrow. Really look a lot wider with the 8.5'' wide wheels too. The 7.5s made them skinny.

    Think 8.5'' is about as wide as you can go with them. Love how they look now. Drive nice too. No complaints. Id bet there are over 10'' wide right now.

    I'd be leary of the TC shock setup, thats a lot of angle at full droop. At full compression its going to be a worse angle. I wonder why they didn't angle it back instead of forward, then it would straighten the shock vertically as the suspension compressed, which is what I did with mine.

    It's a lot of angle, but not a lot more than stock really.

    Its a compromise and probably the only solution to fitting shocks outboard on our trucks that works without swapping out a larger axle.

    yea, those aren't as simple as they appear. Tim tried them on his car. But that take up a lot of room. I've also read the solenoid don't stand up to the constant heat all the time either.

    True, but stock had them in both directions. When you only put them on one side at that steep of an angle it puts a moment on the drivetrain, sort of like axle wrap when hitting a bump. Now with how thick most LT leaf packs are it probably doesn't matter though.

    I noticed it on my setup, granted I'm not running a LT leaf pack, but I have a bastard pack of 63's and OME's. Although now that the suspension has broken in some it is less noticeable.

    Idk about that man...Saab was NOTORIOUS for changing...everything haha why chevy killed them off. They wouldn't follow orders.

    And yes, the drive line is the same, or mostly i am sure, but the rest...not so much.
