The same one you bought your bumper up here on. They don't require much out that way.

Brady iirc you said she isn't even getting paid right? Crazy. At the bank the ladies got 3 months paid leave. Most would end up using their vacation time/sick time as well and be gone for nearly 4.5 months paid!

Depends on where you work/state laws. She has to use her PTO first. She had 3 weeks saved up. So, 9 more weeks of unpaid is allowed for a total of 12 weeks of FMLA time.

In KS, Erica was able to get 70% of her pay for 6 weeks, plus her PTO. Here, you had to sign up for it with insurance to get it... but nobody told us, and she doesn't have her works insurance to begin with. She has mine through the military....

    Hodor.

I doubt I'll be able to make this, and even if I could make it, not sure I'd be welcome, much less able to get through the trails in my dodge.

I'm unfortunately not a tacoma owner anymore. This dodge isn't very good in deep snow, with or without weight. I think ball joints are going bad too. Ithe is lifted, but factory size 33s on it. I'd like to go to 35s or maybe even 37s, but the tires are brand new, and it is also my DD, along with being my towing truck. I'm looking to put a 12k# rated trailer on the back hopefully in the next few months, even though that is more than the truck is rated to pull.
