    US OffRoad. They are a Vendor on TW also. Great guys out of the Dallas area.
    I doubt you will be disappointed with the ARB setup. Plus you can add a tank to allow you to run air tools :thumbsup:

    my guess is you have stock gearing, I would be amazed if the guy who sold you the truck did gears and didn't mention it at the time of the sale.

    he was the shop foreman at a local Toyota, he added the rear dif locker and a ton of other stuff. honestly its twice as peppy as my f250 v10

    the ford is also like twice the weight, gearing would be a selling point thats why I am leaning towards stock gears

    the gears would be replaced in the transmission, when he added the rear diff locker he most likely just swapped in an off road trd axle with the e locker, assuming since he worked at toyota he prob got a killer deal on one used.

    The F250 with the V10 isn't quick by any means. A stock V6 Tacoma would pull it hard. That being said, it would be easy for me to calculate what gears you have. Tell me exactly what tires you have (make, model, and size on the sidewall) and then tell me exactly how many RPMs your engine is turning at 60mph in your top gear. Also, I'm assuming you have an automatic transmission?

    I will be regearing towards the end of April. 4.56, with no extra lockers. I have the e-locker already.

    I have 255/85/16 Cooper ST Maxx. I also have lots of weight. Full 3/16" steel skids, Bruteforcefab high clearance rear bumper with swingout and rotopax, BAMF bed cage and RTT

    ok so I have to ask...how can I tell if I have an e-locker...I have a 2013 SR5 DCSB 4x4...I want to be sure I am ordering my set up for re-gearing properly...

    there should be a button to the left of your steering wheel. It should say "rear diff lock"

    Unless you have a TRD Off-road you do NOT have a locking diff and have an 8.4" open diff.

    Why not add the front locker while regearing? It will ultimately be more cost effective.
    If the axle has been swapped for one w/an elocker it would look like this. You will have the locker portion on the top right portion of the diff with two wiring harnesses attached.

    Here they are side by side...


    Good lord man!

    I may or may not move up to 5.29's when I take mine of the road permanently. Then the cage will come along with propane conversion, sas, 4 link, etc....

    @Overkill07 i have heard from others with a front locker, that it feels like when engaged, the CVs will break. I dont want that feeling

    I will tell you that you only experience that feeling when the locker is engaged. With that said, you should only engage the front locker while heading in a straight line. I would never suggest trying to turn while it is locked. You would not notice it while the locker is not engaged.
