Oh yea I believe it. I've been sick like 4 times in the last 3 months now.
Everyone else at work has been calling in left and right with fake ailments, so I'm afraid I'm going to be lobbed in with the rest if I do it myself. But then again I'd rather feel normal again, lol.

I just read a article (New York Times) about sleep deprivation being the single worst thing for your body. Higher risk of everything. Mice died sooner from sleep deprivation than starvation! I've been having a hell of a time staying asleep over 3-4hrs. I'd rather not use drug therapy, but something has to give and don't want it to be my health.

Yupp I could see that too. I'd try anything you can without it. My mother has been on all that crap for years. She still doesn't sleep right. I hope I don't head down that road.

My issue right now is partly the hours I work and when I purposefully deprive myself. Also Trying to sleep in the daytime when all it takes is being in the light part of the sleep cycle is one bark, one loud footstep, or a vaccuum. I hear it-check my watch-try to go back to sleep and then give up after 30more minutes. My issue is that once I'm up; I'm up and immediately ready to go.

 

New to midnights, just about bed time for me. Am I on par with any of yous? Looking for some notifications to keep me company at night

I work 22:00 to 08:00 Eastern Time. 10-8... looking forward to the BS, trying to stay alive for the last little bit of my shift. Seeing my notifications come back again is fun tho! Sunday night to Wednesday night (Monday-Thursday)

 

Get this bad boy fired up today, any of you running an Icon setup? An of you running OME (BP 51) specifically? Wondering how they hold up to road salt and which one you would buy had you been given the chance. For anyone else, what's your favourite mod?

Heated towing mirrors very useful in WI, as are the heated seatcovers. Hood struts and under hood lights are nice anytime I'm under the hood. Light bar is nice for set up camp in the dark, especially when my buddy brings his brothers camper that he has never set up before Flyzeye cup holder light, very useful considering my work hours. Some are just bling (Devilhorns) I like them all. Can't pick

 

Good struts and light, easy to install? Been pondering the good struts for a while

 

The struts were a moderately difficult install. There were measurements that had to be meticulously followed as well as some pop rivets that were extremely difficult to "pop" with a hand riveter. To drill the holes the hood has to open further than the prop rod holds it. (2X4 did the trick) Not particularly easy, but still in the DIY territory. Yes I like watching someone open my hood their first time and the hood goes up on its own

 

Lights were really easy install. Alcohol to clean the area where the lights are stuck on using 3M double side tape. Wiring was the hardest part I used a toggle switch under the hood (part of the kit) Ran power from my Blue Sea fuse block.

I worked mids 11:30pm-8am all last year. Now days, with shift relief to cover other people's vacation days. I got 2 swings done & have to double back to day shift today. It's rough on the mind. Working at a jail so it's a 24/7 operation. Melatonin works for me help me sleep when I'm stuck on mids. Way better than being a mechanic for Toyota/Lexus for the last 20 years.

 

I figured a cup holder light would be some sort of light for your cup holder... looks great. Much want

 

I like the answer... I'm getting sold for icon here, so with steel run a 700lb? Or do you think 650 would still do er?

These cup holder lights have a clean factory installed look. Removable (magnetic and battery operated) turns on with the headlights, two colors. And lights up the area around the front cup holders/power ports.

 

3 hours into first night back. Weekend was fast as usual. Chores, golf, random odds and ends. Got some rain, which was nice. Not too bad as far as weekends go. Anyone else out there tonight?

Good deal. Was a three day weekend for me. I'm covering this weekend as well so no 4 day for me for a few more weeks. OT will be nice though.
