    Got back on FB last night after a long break from it. Found out that one of the guys I served with will be gone soon. Stage 4 lung cancer. He decided that it is not worth the suffering to continue treatment. Really made me think when I remembered that he isn't much older than I am.

    I went to school with a girl named Mary...she kept a booger collection on her desk, she later dropped out of school. Fast forward about 32 yrs and Im back in my home town grocery store and I see Mary boogers, walked by her and she stunk horribly...I almost puked. I dont know how people live like that...disgusting.

    Yep, that sucks. I had a buddy that I served with, we were thick as thieves. Brothers couldn't be closer. We talked off and on over the years, larger than life guy, big jacked up son of a bitch and crazier than 5 redhead chics. Almost 2 years ago now he had a stroke, a year later he was gone. 43 years old. Makes you think.

    Ive known a few of my fellow co-workers from the Military have passed. Some unknown reasons, couple suicides, one cancer. I think the more you live life the more people will die around you. Just hope they and you are saved prior to passing away.
