    Customer Relations Manager called me this morning.... seems we kinda know each other:rolleyes:. My last name is a little on the memorable side so she remembered me when I bought the 2015 prerunner + I went to high school with her daughter. After we shared a few laughs and made the connections, She said she is going to talk to the gentleman who declined my warranty work and line up a meeting for us to get together and get the issue figured out. :fingerscrossed:
