Yeah ideally you want to shoot for 0° camber, 0° toe, and 2.5°-3°ish caster.

Anybody with a plate bumper on the front with this combo? How did you end up lifting the rear and what sort of lift numbers did you get? 2nd gen DCLB specifically. I'm trying to figure out how much lift I can expect to get with 885s and 5100s with a winchless plate bumper on the front.

    Thank you.

Would you say this is the general consensus?
I'm a total noob when it comes to alignments and just wondering ideal specs

From all the reading I've done on here (which is a lot), that's the general consensus for our lifted trucks. If it's oem height, just go with oem specs.

My $.02, I'm on 887 coils w/ 5100s on 0 clip setting. I tried to get around 3deg of Caster. Which really just moves the wheel in the wheel well. Toe, camber should be 0. My first alignment, the tech put me at +5 caster. Drove like shit, didn't feel confident going 65+mph without two hands. I went back to the shop and reduced this down to around 2deg caster. This made the world of difference and drives like a dream now. Still no rubadub due to my decision to do 32.2" tires.

Ive got an 05 access cab TRD off road with about a 50 pound brush guard. Should I go with 885s or 884s? Also considering Eibach 620s.

How much front lift did you get with the 885s and the 5100s? I have an access cab as well and its impossible to find how much lift that setup will give me..

Perfect! I going with the 885s. Tired of looking for aything else at this point. General consensus seems to be that they are the way to go. Also have Camburg UCAs so I am set.

Did you leave the rear stock? I have a DCSB and only want 2" to level it? So with the 5100's @ 0 and the 885's would it put me past leveling?

I would think you would need to do a AAL in the rear probably 1.5" to be close to level. With the AAL you may have a slight rake with the rear being a lil higher.:pccoffee:

Maybe 884s would be a better option? I was planning on 5100s with 884s and a 1.5" AAL to level mine out

-883 --- Front Coil Springs: Used alone as leveling coils (approx. 1 1/2") for 05+ Tacoma
-884 coils for std and x cab models (Add Top Plate Spacers for 3" of lift)
-885 coils for D cab and additional weight. (Add Top Plate Spacers for 3" of lift)
-886 coils for 200+ lbs front weight from aftermarket bumper or winch
    Maybe this will help

Looks like I'm going to be spending some money after coming across this thread. My question is with the rear. My dcsb off-road has what I assume is the tsb spring pack (3 leaves + overload). When adding another aal, do I leave my rear leaf pack as is and add the aal on top? I don't have a camper top or any extra weight in the rear. Should I go with 1.5" aal? Thanks in advance for the help.

Hey there! The AAL goes at the bottom of the leaf pack, in between overload leaf and the 3rd leaf. I generally go with a 2" AAL because I like a little more rake, and a little more payload increase, but that's just preference.

I was running a topper with a 2"AAL and only had like a 1/2" rake id op for the 2"

Thanks fellas. Reading the bilstein 5100 rear shocks are recommended for 0"-1" lift. Should I consider a different rear shock if I add a 1.5" or 2" aal to my tsb springs?
