I've noticed there are 2 screw holes directly underneath the back sliding window-they are right in the middle of the back bedrail. Does anyone know what these are for as I have no idea?? Makes me wonder if something is missing there? Thanks for your time!!

Thanks-now I know. I'm looking at roll up Tonneau covers now. Can you mount one without cutting holes in the bed liner and does the rail system in there get in the way?? I want a low profile cover something like the Rugged Line or Truxedo Low Pro, but if holes have to be cut-not gonna do it??? Thanks everyone-again this is a great place to learn!!

I love my Bakflip F1. Super Lower Profile and folds all the way up so you can access 95% of the bed instead of loosing 1/3rd of the bed space!!! And also with the new system you get to keep your rail system they just give you relocation brackets to lower it about 2 inches!

Anyone done anything cool with those holes if they don't have the factory tonneau cover? Maybe some eye bolts for extra tie downs??

Do like that the last section folds right up against the cab for maximum bed usage but i still prefer the look of the factory cover...one bolt and off it comes, 100% of the bed use
