I can draw just about anything except faces. Never bothered to attempt to get it right. Wasn't ever interested in drawing people anyway. I can't draw an animals head correctly either. I did manage to pull off a drawing once with two samurai's fighting.

 

That will take me a month to do it on AI. Lol

 

I knew this was coming when I read that up there. Lol

 

I've always wanted to be that artistic person that could draw... I gave up on that dream years ago. It's just never going to happen. I can do some nice hand lettering, but that's about it.

 

The trick is to cobble existing vectors together to get what you want.

I really don't understand them at this current time in technology.

 

I've been drawing since I was young. Took art all through school. Learned all kinds of stuff. What helped me do the samurai was I blocked the picture off on a grid and did one box at a time. I'll see if I can find it and I'll post it sometime.

Lettering, omg. I took drafting in college and I could draw the shit out of gears or whatever. I'd take it up to turn it in and he'd hand it back. Said, your letting isn't right do it over. I redid the lettering so many times on my blueprints it wasn't funny. The best thing I ever saw was the handwriting for drafting font for AutoCad. That was beautiful. I did end up getting my lettering perfect because of that teacher. I have people compliment me on my handwriting all the time now. Lol

I still get lazy though and write fast and it gets a little sloppy.
