I'm looking to run a set of skinny tires and am looking at Duratracs. It seems that the largest OD available is a 235/85R16 which measures a bit shy of 32"

Can anyone recomend a different size? I'm going to buy rims so 17 in wheels are an option.

I'd also like to see some pics of people running skinny tires with about 3" of lift.

    Thanks

I bought 245/75R16 because they didn't have them in 265/70r16. They are almost the exact same height as stock, just narrower. I love them.

Those are 235 or 255's? It seems like the only 255's out there are the BFG KM2's and a cooper tire. I would prefer the 255 but don't need more than an All Terrain for what I am doing.

Am I right that only MT's come in 255

I ran the 255 Coopers for about 6 months on ~2" of lift. I had to beat the pinchweld like crazy and they still rubbed the frame and inner fender on a hard hit. Loved those tires though, to bad I bought them "blemished" off ebay trying to get a deal, and they never balanced properly. Had to get rid of them.

I love the tall skinnies. Everybody with them or that had them, please feel free to flood this thread with as many pics as you can.:D:thumbsup: I'd love to run 33x9.50x15 on my Taco. But realistically will settle for 235/85s or 255/85s.
