I've never had this peace of mind owning a vehicle. It's handsome, capable, and gives me more options than any other vehicle I owned.

I honestly believe if I had to rely on this truck, it would get me where I needed to go.

I really love my taco. Honestly only one complaint I have and that's that the seat is too flat. Aside from that I love everything about it

I love mine. I got it very early (11/15) and it's been great. The only issue I've had was my clock spring went bad and was replaced.

The biggest issue is people seem to forget that every brand new model is going to have issues that need to be worked out. Toyota is not impervious to problems just because they have a great reputation. The people that expect these things to be perfect right out of the box are unrealistic and will only be let down.

Keep this thread going!! My truck is a beast for what I need it to be, and for those having issues I know Toyota will get them resolved. Too many Ford/Chevy jacklegs and/or those who have nothing else but 1st world problems are hijacking this site with negative BS threads.

Clifford is my 1987 solid axle, Emily is my 2016 DCLB. I have had several other offroad capable vehicles, I wouldn't want any of them back. In Canada we have not had a sunroof nor tech package option until 2016. Bonus. That decided my purchase. We use it for hauling toys and doing renovations on the house. Does all I ask without complaint.

Like someone said above, "like Lego for adults", easily moded, fixed and personalized. I love Emily. (My wife already knows.)

    :canada: great mid sized truck.

I really like my 17' DCSB OR with 800 some miles on it, awesome truck, quiet and comfortable, handles great. Imho the OR tires are too street oriented so I replaced those, and I'll make some more small changes, but it's a great truck overall. It's even fast compared to my former 11' JKU rubi w/ the 3.8 and 4 speed auto.

I love mine. Vibrations, dash rattle, and all. The duratrac's sound cover-up the howl of the rear end.

It's a work in progress. See my build thread.
I'm almost 60 years old. I have owned a LOT of vehicles over the years. My "Turd" Gen is absolutely my favorite vehicle. Completely love it! No issues, drives great, and has gone everywhere I have asked her to go. I just had my 15K service, so almost 16K miles on her.

I've had my truck since October 2015. Truck has been great. The only complaint I have about the truck is the lack of seat adjustments.
There is a lot of complaints about the transmission but I find the transmission to be a upgrade from the Jeep I used to own.
Overall very happy I bought the Truck.

I Love my 2017 OR. Hauling wood, or a snowmobile or an ATV, it meets all my needs. My only complaint is the lack of seat adjustment.

Very happy with the truck. It's my first pickup. Ride is much better than I thought it would be. It's easy to live with as a daily driver but still capable of going offroad. Plus I have received waaayyy more complements on the Tacoma than I ever did on the Audi A5 I had.

Right on! My Tacoma is my first truck as well. I dig the bbp color and the lighting in your pic.

I love my DCSB OR 4x4 everyday. I came from a 2011 Jeep Liberty 4x4 ('99 Ford Escort prior) so the added creature comforts is fantastic. Just having Bluetooth capability is huge.

The catalogue of customization is absolutely incredible and looks to be growing by the day. I'm happy I can make the truck my own.

In the first 6 weeks of ownership, I've had to to use to navigate 3 different "Snow Storms" in the Pacific Northwest. Even 100% stock, the capability was great and never had a single issue or concern.

Not much more I could add that hasn't already been mention previously.

I did not grow up a country boy and this is my first truck. I finally understand why there are so many country songs about trucks. I love this truck!
