Haha. ^ I'd rather have any of those colors over white. I've had white already.

I've been completely impressed with how well mine pulls 35's. I live in the mountains, and it has been completely doable with stock gears. Even when loaded with about 1,000lbs of metal and spare parts it pulled 55mph in 3rd gear at 2,900rpm up the 7% grade, speed limit is 50.

I haven't done any road trips yet and so far I'm averaging 18.4mpg just putting around with a little bit of hwy.

I tricked my brother and told him I already re geared it, and his comment was, "huh, this thing is pretty quick"

Wow, that thing is sick. Looks great! 35 is a bit ballsy for me. I'm running 33s on my Gen 1, but I don't have it in me to just straight up move them over to this truck if I buy it. I'd likely downsize a bit to 265/75R16. I have a full OME kit on my gen 1, but the budget will not allow it for the gen 3 just yet.

@kiteboarder funny thing, it drives better with the 35's than it did on 33's (295/75r16). I think it has to do with the rpm vs. speed in 3rd and 4th. Much more drivable rpm range.

I'm still regearing to 4.88's though.

Do you mean SCS F5's, or FN/Konig 5-stars? I happen to have a set of both. The F5's have my Falken Wildpeaks in 265/70 which works out to a slight gain of roughly 2 lbs per corner. The 5-stars have the OE Toyo's that came on the steel wheels (Open Country A-__ , forget the # off the top of my head). Those work out to about 10 pounds lighter per corner!!

When I take my truck cross-country to AZ I'm gonna have to see what my mileage is like, I'll have 10 pounds fewer on every corner, but I'll be loaded up with the other set of wheels, a desk, computer, jack, tools, clothes, and so on in the bed or cab.

And if I remember right that's with 3.9 gears, not 4.3 like the Auto!

On toyota.com, select build your own and enter your zip code. It should show you the colors available in your region with each package.

    None,

    Hello
I had to factory order mine,
I have a 2017 Canadian SR, 4cyl, 5 spd, 4X4. You will noticed the colour matched fender flares, it also comes standard with the convenience package and the dark satin wheels.
I had the dealer install over size BF Goodrich Rugged Terrain tires, tint the windows and install the Toyota tri fold hard tonneau cover.
I have had the truck for about 5 months know, I just had it in for the first service, 8000 kms.
I will agree it is a little under powered and you may have to downshift climbing any long grades.
I enjoy driving it the city and playing in the country.
I enjoy the access cab for its size as my place in the city has under ground parking.
I just love the old school feel about the truck .
just my thoughts about my truck.

PS, I would go with the Red. Follow me on Instagram @torontotacoma

    Enjoy your new truck.

White is the most common, but they are available in the colors listed above MGM, black, white, red, silver (but not blue or quicksand).

@torontotacoma Thank you for the great feedback. ^^^ Just followed you on Instagram. I'm @RallyWays on there. I'd probably go red. Or that blue is really nice too (but apparently unavailable. Black if I plan to wrap it. I do a lot of marketing work for a car wrap company so trade is always an option.

I was sick most of the day today so I go very little done. But before the end of the week I'm going to go drive that white one to see what I'm getting into and if it all checks out I'll order one.

Will do thanks. My wife is suggesting the extra space of the DCSB V6 might come in handy... I agree... but not so much on the extra $8k price tag. We'll see.

I had to special order, A SR with the utility package in black was impossible to find where I live.
