    He always does.

I think he had a build thread somewhere also. You could check.

His old second gen was absolutely beat to fuck and still lives on in Mexico. Never met him, but he's only about 30 minutes from my place and he is definitely not a mall crawler.

I have them and am very happy with the setup. They ride really nice. I had an arb bumper winch combo in my 07 and ran 886s and these are a major step up in ride quality. The adjustability was nice as they come setup for a plate bumper winch and I was able to dial them back on my bumperless '15 to soften up the ride. There is a drawback that has been pointed out in that the rear shocks are the same length as ome nitrochargers, and thus don't allow for the kind of travel one would get from an extended length shock.

Thanks for this. I've been satisfied with the travel from my standard-length Icon setup, so that part isn't a concern. At this point, I'm looking for a setup I don't have to tear into annually and still works well for my DD and occasional trail use case.

Har de har har. He's a cop dammit. We look nothing alike!

    That's heaven!

Usually a dead giveaway! But in this case it's literally down the block from the firehouse so we leave the BRT in the barn and hoof it.

Thanks to @SCRunner12 for finding and delivering the Tundra wheels, and @BudMan for letting us use his driveway for the exchange.

    Now

    IMG_7152.jpg

    Back to basics.

Unfortunately, company logos go on next week. 7 more days of telling people to fuckoff when they're not merging correctly in traffic. You may hear me yelling, "It's like a zipper! A fucking zipper, you selfish piece of shit!"

Traffic will be the death of me.

Haha I saw some good road rage today. Was headed to Hillsborough. 3/4 mile from Alameda de las Pulgas car next to me puts blinker on. I slow down, leave plenty of room, but they keep hesitating. Turn blinker off. Last minute swing behind me, lights flashing, arms flailing. Pulls up next to me on off ramp. I roll down window and kindly ask what the fuck the problem is. No look.

All I could think was I'm really glad the CRV doesn't have company logos LOL

I was getting on the bridge earlier following the cars in front at a nice pace, thought the car next to me was patiently going to merge in behind me since he just stuck to my quarter panels. Nope. More than half my car is passed the end of the merge and he just goes and squeezes on though.

So true. I get paid decently by the hour to drive someone else's car. Traffic is no worries. My favorite thing at the bay bridge toll plaza is to let everyone with a blinker into the fastrak lane. People get so pissed trying to block you it makes me lol.

So much better, that chrome was fresh, but needed to go. Thanks again for the running boards!
