Hijacking this thread. Hopefully someone can give me insight. My 2017 OR getting a medium OME lift I have 0 offset wheels. Can I put 285/70/17 without a CMC. And minor plastic trimming.

Wouldn't a slight height adjustment on the driver side coilover achieve this same thing?

Great looking truck. I've got a cement TRD Pro on order as of yesterday. Are you still on the stock suspension?

Added a Toytec spacer up front and AAL and airbags / cradles in rear but stock otherwise. Running SPC UCA's as well.

    What are airbags/cradles?

If you don't mind posting other shots of your truck I'd appreciate it.

Sure, it's the Firestone Ride Rite setup with Daystar cradles (bags aren't attached at the bottom, cradles are used instead so suspension is free to articulate). When the truck is fully loaded up with the RTT and camping gear, the bags really help maintain the same ride height and manage the weight.

265-75-16 stock suspension, same setup fully loaded, 265's with spacer and AAL, no bags vs 285's with current setup.

Looking at the 285s, are you changing your gears? How much power lose?

285/75R17 Toyo AT2. 0 offset wheels. Factory suspension.

Had a lot of rubbing, had to do a CMC and ground the pinch welds a little and reworked mudflaps and wheel wells. Love the way it drives now, but I am getting 4.88 gears put in Monday for more power.

Can I ask what the 4.88 gears will run you total installed?

I opted to get the full kit, i'm looking right at about $3300. But that is with an ARB front locker also. I didn't want to have to go back in the front diff to do that later, and the shop i'm using didn't charge me any extra to install the front locker itself. I'm doing my own on board air.

I think a great price for gears with the full kit from Nitro is about $2300, could be as high as about 3k though. Some have reported buying piece parts and having a great shop and getting everything done for like 1500, but I don't have that option. Hope this helps.
