    Here's my solution. First I made a cardboard mock-up.
    IMG_1820.jpg
Then I transfered the measurements to a peice of 1/8" aluminum plate, drilled holes, cut it out with a hacksaw, finished it with files and primed it.
    IMG_1792.jpg
Painted it with bed liner paint.
    Then a little test fit.

    Installed.

I'm happy with the finished product but it did take a fair bit of time to complete. The positive cable is curled around just for fun. I'm still able to access the small relay box connected to the main fuse box with this design.

I only have one relay so far that operates a couple offroad lights. It's toward the top of the last picture. I have room for another one mounted to the back side using the same screw if/when needed. I created this panel to clean up the offroad light wiring and to attach fused power and ground from some seat heaters I'm installing. I know mine is 2nd gen but I think the mount points etc are the same between gens 2 and 3. I was able to source a no name version of the 100amp breaker for $8 delivered. I bought the Blue Sea box from a member for $20 but they can be had for about the same price online. I probably spent just as much if not more on wire and connectors. Just really enjoyed the process from start to finish.

Doesn't take much. A lot of oil additives, greases, etc also have a similar effect. Lots of fun.

But yeah, should be fine... Though I'll be making mine from aluminum personally.

I prefer to keep things clean under the hood.

Thanks for the kind words. I could save it as a pdf but I didn't write the measurements down. Too be honest the cardboard mock-up was not entirely accurate but is is very close. It fits on a 9" X 9" square. I just transferred the shape to the aluminum with a pencil and made sure that the holes all lined up. I found the plastic grommets at the local hardware store and used them instead of rubber grommets for that factory look.

Thanks. I figured that would be the case. This is almost exactly what I had in mind for when I tackle this project. Hopefully it looks similar when I'm done.
