    Looking for some advice.. Been reading a lot bit still can't decide. My main concern is just to level out my truck but Im okay with up to 2" lift all around.

    I don't really tow anything and heavy hauling is minimum. Not too serious of off road stuff either. Although Ohio's roads are pretty bad in the spring ;) I've got a 2015 dcsb with about 200lbs of additional armor and sliders bolted on to protect myself from parking lot menaces.

    My initial thought was to throw some 5100s on the front and call it a day. I then started looking at 5100s with eibach coils so that I could leave the shocks at their lowest setting. At that point my costs are getting up there though and I was thinking about just making the investment on OMEs all around with an AAL.

    Any comments or advice would be highly appreciated:)

    884s paired with 5100s and an AAL should get you to right around the 2" mark. Let me find a picture of when I had that setup.

    I thought it wasn't advised to mix ome coils with 5100s?

    What lift would you say you got over stock? I've been eyeballing the 3rd gen specific OME kits for a while. Is it noticeable? Fuel economy impact with the lift and bigger tires? I'm looking at coopers but same size.

    Incorrect. Many tend to think they pair better with OME than nitrochargers.

    Interesting. I might have to go that route. Might be able to find a good deal on a used set on here too. I should be good with factory UCAs I'd think?

    With 884s I didn't need any to get good alignment numbers which makes sense since it only lifts you up a couple inches.

    You definitely can do that. I've been doing it for years no problems, with 884s and now 885s. It's using the notches with OME coils that you definitely shouldn't do.

    I didn't upgrade my UCAs with 884s and my alignment was fine, but only because it was done by a tech that knew what they were doing

    Imo, it's best to find a tec that ONLY does alignments.

    I'm at 23-5/8 up front and 24-1/2 at the rear from center of hub to fender flair. It's definitely noticeable especially with the 285s. I didn't take stock height measurements.MPGs are around 18 or so. And that's at 6000'to 8000' elev.

    If I went with 5100s with 884s up front with an icon 1.5" AAL would I have to have different rear shocks as well?

    I just got my OME Dakars in, and I will be installing them when the weather gets warmer. My question is: is there a specific direction the dakars get installed, are they direction specific?
