The dress is obviously white but it has a blue reflection. Weird.

Started eating clean AF and working out almost 2 months ago so I cut Red Bull(and coffee)completely for a while. First time after that I drank as much coffee as I am used to and I was seeing sounds.

I have to force myself to eat breakfast because for so long I've only eaten one large meal a day(late at night)because my work schedule kept me so busy. Now I'm eating way more and losing weight/getting stronger.

Yeah u can sweat out prolly a pint in 3 hours just sitting around (8pt in a gallon a gal weighs 8 lbs, so about 1 lb an afternoon would be very easily done) its just water weight so it comes back after a few days but like a week before u go some where if u do it a couple or 3 days it should help u look more trim and tone...

Same here. I wasn't eating until like 430 in the afternoon when I'd get off work and by then I was so starved I was unable to make a conscious decision once I ate. I eat two more meals a day now but cut my calorie intake by like 800 lol.

I go through streaks like this, on and off the caffeine, and on and off the effects. Can be funny when you're adjusting one way or the other.

Yeah, the camel method of eating. I used to do that all the time in my younger days. Have learned that method kinda sucks though now.

    I'm
Not responsible enough to have children. One time I got too drunk and forgot one of them outside when it was raining when I went to sleep. Woke up at 3am to her scratching on the sliding glass door. I felt so bad I wrapped her up in my blanket cause she was shivering.

Another time one accidently got into some weed butter. Wasn't feeling very well for a couple days.

Another time one jumped out the window while we were driving, thank god we were going slow on dirt, he walked away with just some small scrapes on his legs.
