I am not sure if the Cleats are even included any longer, on Toyota's website if you build and price a new Tacoma they are under final Options.

they are always trying to rip you off one way or another. The more the dealership rips you off the more commission they earn. They tried to force me to buy their extended warranty, tire wheel protection, rust protection. $3000 worth of bs add ons to make up for selling the truck $500 over invoice.
The key is to never, never, never, ever tell them what you want the monthly payment to be or tell them what your down payment is until you go into the finance office and the selling price has been nailed down. They will use your downpayment and monthly payment figure to manipulate your OTD price by sneaking in several useless add ons.

My cousin bought a pilot 6 months ago and made the mistake of telling him his monthly payment and downpayment up front and when he signed the papers they had all those ridiculous add ons factored into the monthly payment and the out the door price was $5k more than the negotiated selling price. Car dealerships are the worst and try to screw you over. It's actually best to say you don't have a downpayment because it really doesn't help your deal. It allows the dealership to throw those add ons
or work in an extended warranty, tire wheel protection, rust frame protection or some other nonsense you don't want.
Never, Never, Ever tell them what your desired monthly payment is or your downpayment is upfront. That will manipulate that to get your desired payment along with $3-5k worth addons added to the sales price that may have no value to you.
These credit unions, banks, and Toyota motor credit are in cahoots with the dealership and allow them to write up a loan with up to 130% loan to value so they can eat up your down payment and add more money to the loan which means the banks/finance company can make more interest off of you.
Luckily though if you make the the mistake of telling them your desired monthly payment and downpayment or they got you to crack and buy those add ons you didn't want in the first place. You can cancel the add ons and get your money back.
If you are paying 100% in cash your less likely to fall victim of this but you probably won't get the best deal on the truck because the dealer isn't going to make any money off the financing and back end products.

The bed cleats and two (2) d-ring comes with your truck as standard equipment. If you wanted two more extra d-rings or extra bed cleats then these would be an addition cost and added to your sticker.

Satoshi, debadged, rear view mirror bracket, tail gate hose clamps, trimmed mud flaps.
calling B/S on another quote saying OTD. You maybe, MAYBE, paid 31,489 before TTL. You were probably more like $35k OTD.

I'm assuming there were no options? Even so, that's a solid deal.

Well even better then. Good for you. The best I've ever done was 3% below invoice (+ TTL) on my last Wrangler. It was a simple negotiation but it took three weeks and a lot of emails to a lot of dealers. My Tacoma purchases were more...impulsive.

    I paid $33,000. Sticker was $36,772
Trd off road, no performance package.
Came with tow package, all weather mats, bed mat and mud guards.
Exactly what I was looking for except for the mud guards which stayed on approximately 1 hour. Lol

Does that price include the trade in reduced value?

Just picked up mine today after a three month wait:

    2017 TRD OR DCSB 6MT
    Premium and Tech Package
    Tonneau Cover
    Tow Package

    MSRP: $37,994
    Dealer discount: -$4494
    Sale Price: $33,500
    Military rebate: -$750

I had a trade in so OTD price isnt really relevant, but I am happy with the deal and glad the wait is finally over.
