    It looks like your crossmember has been cut out, right under where it is bolted it looks like it's not there

    I agree. It has to be to get that angle. I don't even see the sides of it so it was at least chopped, but most likely completely removed to fit the bumper.

    Yes this is true. Just checked the buyers stock taco. And loooks like you gotta chop off a piece so you get the skid angle right.
