Yup, I had a coupon for a $50 visa gift card for test driving a Colorado.

 

Who? I just do the Ford drive every year at Alvin high school for the education foundation cuz it's fun and for a good cause and my dad is part of it lol

 

I test drove a turd gen when Toyota of Alvin first got one and they didn't give me shit.

 

BMW, Ford, GM, Chrysler. Usually if you sign up for one you get invites or emails about the other events.

 

Just keep a tabs on all the local dealers websites every now and then. I also sometimes see them on slickdeals.net which is a deals website. So far I've done Hyundai, Ford, Nissan, and Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge.

 

Usually you have to be signed up online beforehand and they only do it for a certain amount of time.

Holy crap, I missed a goldmine during lunch!!!

A little military trick we used to use when someone was close to breaking the Waist Measurement regs: the night before inspection, they'd run for a while in a sauna suit then dry off with a towel (no shower). Then before going to bed, they'd rub Preperation H all over their waist and core and wrap up in saran wrap. The next morning, they'd wipe off with a dry towel (still no shower) and go in for inspection. BOOM! Waistline was 3" smaller. A shower after inspection put them right back to normal.
