So, I just had the weirdest thing happen to me while driving and IDK what the hell it was. It scared the hell out of me the first time and then it happened again 5 minutes later. I was driving on a winding mountain road and while going around a turn and riding the brakes, my truck started beeping and it felt like I had a wheel lock up. It went away by the time I looked at the dash. It lasts for maybe 2-5 seconds. The first time it happened I thought maybe I was just going a little fast and the truck didn't like it, but the second time I was going maybe 35mph and it wasn't that bad. I'm not on the brakes that hard, it was to slow down going into these turns.... idk what the heck it is. Any ideas?

sounds like vehicle stability control.... it didnt like the momentum / inertia it was feeling and locked everything up on ya

first time it happened to me, I thought I broke my brand new truck... haha

There were 3k+ people there. I showed up at 9, found @IPNPULZ and we stood in line.

He knows the deals better, but it didn't seem like there were any.

I ran that exact compressor in my Xterra a couple years ago. Loved it. really did great with my 285s... it gets hot, so be mindful of that, but I used it to air up 2-3 vehicles (8-12 tires)at a time.

Never had it fail on me and I actually plan on buying another one soon to go with my ARB EZ Deflators

    good purchase

Ah thanks for that...I calmed my driving a little because of that. Is there a way to disable it?

You can press and hold the vsc button for a few seconds (the car with skid marks behind it) and itll disable vsc and something else, but it kicks back on at a certain speed. 25 or 35mph IIRC.
Do you have an off road? If so you can disable the abs by tricking the ecu to think it is in 4lo with elock engaged. Might be a way to do it on non e-lock trucks but I'm not sure.

I have a baja so I would assume I got a similar configuration. How do you trick the ecu?
