Black CA ... still cool or played out ?

    LS1 swap with nitros.
    I'd say you guys give the BMV/DMV enough money each year for plates. Why given them more for black ones?

    Here in Cali we pay registration and they give you a sticker for the plate. We don't get new plates every year like other states.

    I think they're ok. I don't see them much here in the Sierras.

    Now if we can bring back the blue plates...

    You realize 39 million people can have the option of having black and yellow plates on their car, yes?

    Kinda funny mentioning a license plate being played out, given the fact you have Rockstar wheels and your license plate says SO CAL.

    I have my original plates that im thinking if change back to and my rims were picked out by my gf... flat black rockstar 2 which are now 2 years old.. as to my plates i got them years ago i just transfered them over

    Might as well.

    I like the black plates on darker cars, and the standard whites on light cars. If I lived someplace like Alaska where their plates are yellow, I'd lose my mind. It's all included in the vehicle aesthetic for me.

    My rig is silver, has white plates.. I think I want blacks instead. :notsure:
