    loaded on 700 lbs. peat moss/ compost today & made an hr. drive home using the ETC mode. Drove Incredible with Plenty of added power on hand if needed. Love this truck! what is the max cargo weight of these trucks? thanx

    True. (on the trailer). i do have the load extender for kayak, lumber, etc.

    I have the bed extender as well. I have a long bed and the extender helps with longer boards etc.

    Gives me something better to tie down the load with. Its also pretty close to the height of the wheel wells inside the bed so hauling sheets of ply/rock is nice.

    my thoughts Exactly! thanx for all the advice. I use to have a GMC safari. full 8 ft bed inside. miss it on rain days
