So I found a 5x10 big tex trailer for $900. Bit of a hike away though

 

Damn, that is pretty short.
I thought you were going to come back with something like 5'8 and I'd have been forced to tell you to fornicate with yourself.

 

To be fair, everyone shorter than me is short. But I won't describe someone as short unless they are below average height haha. Otherwise I get lots of requests to fornicate with myself

 

Not a bad deal if it's in good shape

 

Looks like it's in great shape, has a spare mounted to the trailer too.

 

If your gonna get it check for signs of rust everywhere especially on the axle itself

Might have just bought an RCI IFS skid from the group buy

Grabbing a trail gear t-case skid from a FJNE'r for cheap next week and I'll fab up my own trans skid since it's literally a piece of flat plate with a few holes for bolts and bent up sides

Ha I tell myself this will be it for a while...

GB basically pays for shipping, so not bad. I was planning to fab up my own trans and tcase skids anyways, but for $100 can't argue with wasting my time on a tcase skids. Trans skid should be nice and easy, a few pieces of angle and a flat plate.

 

Its a drag racing expo and we are the slowest ones there with out setups. 2k hp GTR's all day out there

 

Meh drag racing never really interested me. Kind of like high school sex, all this buildup/ anticipation and then it's over in 10 seconds.

Give me an underpowered well sorted vehicle with good tires on some twistys or a road coarse/ autocross and I'd be much happier.
