I've never seen that before for the fronts on any other site that sells them. I would give them a call to ask.

Thats what I mean. I've never seen the fronts ask if aftermarket lift or not. I don't know what that means in that context because you're buying a front lift for your front lift? lol

I know they arnt easy to get a hold of, but I would see if you can call. I have sent them emails before that seem to get to them faster than the phone sometimes. I know that king makes extended length coilovers to work with certain lifts. My guess would be to get for stock suspension with the extended travel...not extended length. I say this, but I don't know if they have this sort of differentiation on their drop downs for this. My gut instinct though is since you don't plan to install an aftermarket suspension lift, then you don't need "lifted" coilovers. Furthermore, I am surprised they don't call out the height of the lift in the coils as normally its guys lift their Tacomas by either a 4 or 6 inch kit right?

One thing you could do though, is maybe search for a common part number from wheelers, headstrong, and some others and see if you might be able to compare with the listing off of DSM?

Now this makes a bit more sense. I forgot some people do have drop brackets and aftermarket cross member type lifts.

Yea, but it is weird that they don't seem to clarify any lift "inch" size for that. They are normally pretty particular in the height application.

Agreed. Which is why it's confusing. It's not specific at all on the site haha

Pretty sure you don't need LCAs for the extended travel up front, just cant use the LR UCAs or obviously the stock UCAs.

Yeah, you just need aftermarket UCAs for extended travel (which they just remove an internal shaft spacer for more droop) - that's all.

Has anyone used the little ice pick looking tool to adjust the coilovers? I need to crank mine up a few threads but not sure entirely on how to do it. I'll find the tool and post a pic for reference

Disregard previous post. Pick tool had instructions in the bag. It says you need to take the shock off if you have resis, can anyone confirm this? I'd really rather not have to go through that ordeal

Do you have a picture? I'm curious to see what you're talking about. I thought you just needed to unscrew the allen head lock nut and use a spanner to turn the perches?

I just stuck the pick in. There's 2 spots it could fit in. If it's the one on the left it won't be an issue but the instructions show the hole on the right by the hose...

@stronghammer turned his on the truck. It was a PITA to get the tool in there but I'm pretty sure he got it done.

looks like a big center punch right? I was able to adjust mine on the truck with the front unloaded and on jack stands. Just stick it in one of the holes and turn. There is one position where the hole doesn't quite come around far enough but I was able to just barely get it in there and pry. The collar was actually really easy to turn once the set screw is loose of course.

I was able to do similar on mine granted they were still new. If you can, it helps also using a spanner wrench from any company to help supplement when you can. I borrowed my buddys fox one which helped with mine. Lastly, King makes another T wrench that you can use to get more leverage than the punch can.
