What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

Well I think this is pretty good for some in town driving along with highway, I for one am happy.

 

Don't add a lift and big heavy tires if you like that type of mpg''s!

 

Dropped off emblems and dash pieces to get hydro dipped

picked up the truck Tuesday. Debadged it today.

 

Will you be adding anything to it or leaving it all debadged? Looks good.

thanks. no additions. i prefer the clean look.

 

All in it's probably around $30-35. It's working pretty well so far but it was really more for fun than anything tbh. If i had it to do over again I might go up to 3/16" instead of 1/8" but I'm not 100% sure it's necessary. Also I'm not crazy about the bungee cord. I'll probably replace that with something less stretchy and with a clasp down the road.

I really like the look of your neighborhood, it just wouldn't match having 50 acres of green field in front of it like alabama.

 

Installed Redline struts on my hood. These really should be factory. I also installed reverse LED's courtesy of @mattgecko. These things are bright as hell and Matt was really good at taking my money.

How does the off-road handle compared to the sport? Is the sport really that much stiffer, tighter and sportier? I'm really curious on the differences between the two. Thanks!

 

I generally don't like chrome and planned to do something about my TRD grill as soon as the truck came home. But a year, 25000 miles, a few bugs, and some dirt later, and I'm totally fine with it.
