He had to purchase an extended warranty with that truck since pros cost $43k at full sticker. $6k in fees? California taxes and title fees can't be that bad.

I agree might as well buy a raptor if you going to pay 50 grand for a Tacoma. I
yes. These Tacoma fan boys can be really sensitive when you compare their truck to other trucks on the market.
Otherwise I assume the guy is happy with his purchase but 50 grand for a Tacoma even the low production TRD pro is a little steep.

Went through Groove Toyota in Denver, CO:

Got a Super White, TRD OR DCSB w/ P/T and Tow Pack, all weather mats and door sill protectors.

    MSRP: $39,073

As a Comcast employee I get invoice with no questions asked...that got me to: $36,919

I negotiated another $1,500 off and got the final cash price to: $35,419

    Total Savings: $3,654

Honestly, i just really wanted it... I need to go back and look at the sheet. I'll post it (if it is not too embarrassing).

I really wanted a raptor too, but I swear i was seeing some crazy numbers like like 88K and such....

HE IS NOT WRONG!!! a coworker just went to the largest ford dealer in CO, had to put his name on a waiting list and agree to pay nearly $10k over MSRP....i think he said something stupid like $79k before tax and the other shit.

I don't see why guys pay over MSRP, a guy on my Mustang Forum just picked up a Raptor and got it for Sticker.

    entry level above

and below is a list of raptors at msrp..

    https://www.cars.com/for-sale/searc...Dir=ASC&sf2Nm=location&trId=35355406&zc=35045

given I built and priced one on ford for 67k, but would be stoked to have the 52k DCSB, but if I could swing it the 62k with the front locker package is what I'd go with.

You should do your Coworker a favor and steer him to one of the ones at MSRP.

Truck price $41,000 out the door.
They gave me $26,000 for my 2012 Tacoma so I only paid $15,000 out the door which I thought was a really good deal. In my opinion, the 3rd gen is much improved over the 2nd gen.

How far below MSRP are people getting with ordered vehicles, vs current inventory?

How low www the mileage on your 2nd gen? That's a great deal IMO, payments in the 200s?

I paid $250 above invoice (verified with pricing posted here in TW) to order the exact truck I wanted, DCLB TRDOR, tow, all weather mats, exhaust tip, paint film, no P/T. Sold my old truck privately, no trade in games with the dealer. Happy with the deal, could have done better if I was willing to buy something on the lot. DCLB TRDOR without P/T are hard to find.

Do you happen to know how far from MSRP your price was?

It seems weird how it's hard to find just a basic 4x4 truck with a manual transmission. I did one search in my area and found 52 automatics to only 2 manuals available.

2017 TRD Sport LB DC 4X4 Super White $33,500. Before Taxes. Had to order the truck and wait a month and a half but I think I got a good deal.
