It won't take me but a week to get them broke in. Today I drove to St Luke's, St Anthony's, Barnes and back to St Luke's. Some people thought I was crazy but I changed all of my fluids then my truck hit 1000 (except trans). The rear end fluid looked horrible.

I also understand that when you lift it puts more stress on this needle bearing causing it to break down faster

@ChandlerDOOM when I order the ECGS clamshell bushing should I also get the ECGS cv axle seal? Or get Toyota OE axle seal? Do I also need to get diff fluid?

The seal is up to you, I replaced mine and Chris didn't and I don't think it mattered either way. I just wanted in case I destroyed mine taking it out. You'll need some diff fluid, but you could split with someone else. the key is to lift the truck up a little higher than you normally would so the fluid rests on the passenger side instead of dropping out through the cv axle

I ended up replacing mine when I replaced the axle. It was leaking a tiny bit

Yeah throw me down for the seal. Might as well just to be on the safe side. I use Mobil 1 for my diff fluid and have some if anyone wants to use that. Have a couple bottles left I think

I also read something about-re torquing the LCA CAM bolts to ~110 ft*lbs to get rid of the clunk in the front end. I'm on a completely stock 2013 suspension and I get all kinda of clunks and stuff. Annoys the crap outta me.

So I might do that in the meantime to see if it helps at all
