These appear to have a hard surface such as WeatherTe... But in the video they appear possibly softer to the touch such as carpet?
Which is true?

Also I do have Clazzio Leather set covers and I love them. But I do also have WeatherTe... I would ask what advantage do the 3D Floor mats have over what I currently have that would make me want to upgrade?

-Weather tech are nice.. don't get me wrong. But a lot of the times they move around. The 3D are nice because they are custom molded, just like a WT, but they completely stick to the carpet, as well as under the factory clip to keep them in place. The surface is a way cool material.. you can GET them in a carpet.. but the most popular one, is the KAGU.. which in comparison to the WT rubber, I would say, is a bit.. more hard? not sure that describes it best.. but I've used both.. and I really like 3D. I love how they clean off too, and scrub with soap.. and dry way fast..

 

Installed pics look nice. And I do like the texture over the WeatherTe..

The owner of 3D called me yesterday, he said he's taking all these guys off ebay and Amazon. Because they are not supposed to be selling MAP with Free shipping. Just saying, order at your own risk. They may not be around any longer. We just try to follow the manufacturer rules.. we've been in business almost 10 years.. we stand behind everything we do, where the sellers on these sites, have no idea what they are doing, and can't help you, no customer service.. they just sell a product.

 

A manufacturer can lock you in and make you charge for shipping?

Identical yes. Aries is no longer selling the 3D products or their private branded label. I'm sitting in 3D main offices right now in Fontana, CA and they just told me that.

Not doubting you but I just paged through 12 pages of Aries 3D mats on Amazon before I got tired and quit.
They must have a LOT of stock to sell off.

I have the Aries branded (same one as these) mats in my 2015, and I have to say they are quite nice. They fit well, and when they get dirty/muddy they clean off great.
