    Just got home from the funeral. The cold wind laid, sun popped out, and it was a beautiful day. For that I'm pleased. Todd LOVED grilling. His favorite thing was what he called the "Green pepper house burger". The term house burger implied a big ol' fat burger on two pieces of white bread. Hamburger buns were for formal affairs. So, in his memory, we're rolling out the grill, throwing a couple 1-1/2 lb burgers on the fire, slicing up a green pepper and a red onion, then some horseradish mustard, all on two pieces of white bread.....and calling it good!
