    make your own leak down tester man, buddy I work with made one for far less then 400 bones. just with stuff from home depot haha not sure exactly what he used but I could find out. turns out he has a bad head gasket haha p.s I find this thread overly intriguing

    it probably would have been pretty close haha I didn't ask him how much it cost him but I know hes pretty frugal so I cant imagine it costing him too much, but for 51 bucks I probably would have just bought one too hahaha I know he was having issues similar to yours, he had one a one cylinder that wasn't firing properly, but he was also burning thru oil like crazy and had to replace the spark plug every 3 months. hes still driving it like that too cuz he cant afford to fix it at the moment. hes pricing out his different options lol luckily for him he only ever had to drive it for running to the grocery store n what not, our company supplies us with work vans
