Had my nephew installed an ARB twin compressor behind the driver's passenger seat. Put a swivel nozzle on the compressor to accommodate the hose when I connect it for air. Here is a pix. IMG_0328.jpg

For the premium knobs most off-the-shelf set-screw retained knobs won't work because that plastic collar around the post gets in the way, so you need a retainer like the o-ring we use or the plastic snap the factory knobs use. Plus our knobs have that whole machined-from-a-block-of-aluminum thing going on :headbang:

Weather finally got decent enough in Portland to do outdoor things today. Installed my AVS window visors. Also finally got some pictures of my @allpro apex sliders installed. I've had them on for a few weeks and they are really nice. I love the way they look on the truck. Also pictured is my front windows tinted at 20% to match the factory rear.

OK. I have not pulled mine to look at them. Just thought I would ask the question. So I might pull mine and take some measurements. Basically just need to mill the o.d. pockets to my finger grip preference and drill the back and cut an i.d. o-ring groove. Thinking about a completely different outside profile.

Just a heads up, I ordered my Uh-Holey Dash mount two weeks ago from Hondo and they haven't from even shipped yet. Not knocking them at all! Just saying heads up for some unforeseen lead time.

Thanks and agreed. I wouldn't mind if they stuck out a bit more but I'm happy with the results.

Scheduled an appointment to get my speakers upgraded tomorrow and (HOPEFULLY) the under seat sub/amp combo, if it fits! Darkening my tint looks like it'll be next week.

Also got a couple action packers, ratchet straps, fire extinguisher and moved my emergency kits to the bed. I despise having unnecessary clutter in the cab. So, I'm diggin the organization! :bananadance:

Now, it's time for a Friday drink!

I finally had a day to do some "first month" work. The big one was the USB ports in the rear doors like @JMW did in this post:
    20170310_155708.jpg

I managed to put a pretty good scratch in the panel when I drilled the hole out. I just let the bit slip a little and . . . . wham. I've decided I'll cover it with a vinyl decal (My wife makes 'em) that says "Trey's Power" or something similar. My kid will love it. I'll have to do a matching one for his sister (the decal, not the scratch).

I also did a wash and wax, clear bra installed, screen protector on the audio system, and the AWESOME OCD console divider and tray.

Lastly, I installed a 3/4" dent in the hood when my extension cord reel fell off the ceiling for the first time in 5 years. Major bummer, but it hasn't dampened my mood on the fun that's yet to be had with the truck. I'm sure it'll "buff right out".

    20170310_112124_HDR.jpg 20170310_121538.jpg 20170310_122436.jpg 20170310_122459.jpg

Thanks for the great thread. My list of things "to do" went from zero to 100 when I started browsing "what did you do today".
