    Me and another guy got our first muscleups today. Our workout called for muscleups and my buddy was trying to get one before we started and everyone was watching him, and they all knew I couldnt even get close, and I got it so freakin easy. Everyone just looked at me like WTF??? I barely tried on it, I was surprised. But I couldnt get one in the workout :D

    Ya felt great, just wish I coulda got one during the WOD. Had another bday WOD so it was a bitch. I think my problem is I think about it too much. When I first got it I just walked up and did it. the rest of the time I just thought and played it out. and didnt work.

    Try it right after you warm up. Thats when I got mine. haha. I realized that I am like 2 weeks over due on payment, I keep saying something to them and they dont seem to care that much haha

    I dunno. I feel bad. But they will probably just date it from when it was due. We have so many people I dont think they really care that much anymore. We just got a huge flood of new people.

    They dont tell us anymore because everytime they tell us we are gonna have a hard workout noone shows up. I love watching peoples faces when they walk in and see a huge workout. You can see the life being sucked out of them.

    Meh... its good if you want to be toned and lean but if your going for bulk i wouldnt recommend it. You would lose alot of weight doing it though.

    You are correct, and most people doing crossfit arent looking for bulkness, they are looking to lose weight and get in great shape. If you want to get bulky then powerlifting is the only way to go. But you will get freakin cut by doing crossfit. Especially now that it is incorporating Olympic lifts

    That's fine, but you won't see military, police, or fireman doing power lifting any time soon. They use crossfit.

    yeah that guy is a beast. but crossfit is probably his whole life. he most likely lives for crossfit. show me an everyday person that does crossfit and looks like that.

    another thing, im not trying to start a fight or anything. people have their own opinions about what works best for them. there is no workout that is perfect for everyone.

    There are plenty of everyday run of the mill crossfitters at my gym that have stellar bodies.
