    Here is something I don't see anybody talking about when you buy a new truck with swapped out rims/tires for retail price tacked onto the msrp (or clearly more so in this case).... what happened to the OEM set that you effectively already paid for?

    That's why I would have an issue buying new with rims/tires added unless some kind of at least perceived discount.
